  • What will I need to provide at check-in?


    You’ll need to provide a current photo ID for each adult guest who will be staying in the room along with the first week’s payment. An additional deposit or valid credit card, to cover incidentals, may be required for cash paying guests.

  • Do you offer housekeeping service?

    Yes, housekeeping is included every other week. Additional cleaning is available upon request and at additional charge (about $25/cleaning). Inquire at the front desk for pricing and options.

  • Is Internet available?

    Yes. All of our properties offer high-speed, WiFi Internet. The costs and options vary by location (some offer nightly Internet, some have multiple speed options, etc.) but it is approximately $10/week* for access. You can find specific property rates during your online reservation, while talking with operators at 800 ValuePlace or by calling the property you intend to stay directly.

  • What will I need to bring with me when I stay?

    We keep our guest costs low by providing what you need - this includes items in your room. At Value Place, we provide guests with two trash bags, their first roll of bathroom tissue, one bar of soap and two drinking cups. A dish pack and coffee maker are also available to purchase. You may want to bring your own shampoo and other toiletries with you. To learn more, read about our Features & Add-ons.

  • Are pets allowed?

    To maintain a consistent guest experience at every location, pets are not allowed at Value Place with the exception of service animals.

  • What is linen exchange?

    Value Place only swaps out your bed linen and towels during standard bi-weekly cleaning. You can purchase linen exchange, allowing you to refresh your used linen and towels at the front desk (during business hours) for about $7/ week*.

  • Do you have laundry facilities?

    Yes, all of our locations have coin-operated laundry facilities and basic food and toiletry vending onsite.

  • Can I check in after office hours?

    Sure. While we encourage you to come during office hours to speed check-in, we do have staff available after hours to help you. Just dial 500 from the lobby phone.

  • What if I need to cancel my reservation?

    If you need to modify or cancel your reservation, you can do so using the same forum (, 800 ValuePlace, property phone, lobby, etc.) or you can call the property directly. You must cancel your reservation by 3 p.m. (local time) on your scheduled day of arrival or you may be charged a fee.

  • How do I check out?

    Simply fill out and return a check-out notice before 11 a.m. on your scheduled departure date. If you are hoping to extend your stay you must inquire at the front desk to ensure rooms are available.

  • When will my deposit be refunded?

    Value Place stopped charging guests check-in deposits on July 1, 2014 (guests paying cash may still be asked to provide an additional deposit or valid credit card number to cover incidental expenses). If you were already a guest on that date you should ask the manager for their location's policy on returning deposits. Deposits made with cash can be returned, as appropriate, during business hours. Credit/debit card deposits can take up to seven business days to be credited back to your account (based on the policies of your financial institution - Value Place initiates the return as soon as possible after you check-out).

  • Do you offer rooms for less than a week?

    Yes. We are now offering a limited number of rooms, including any room available after 9 PM, at a nightly rate. Currently you can only book nightly rooms at the front desk of any property (click on our "locations" banner to find out addresses and phone numbers) or by calling 800 ValuePlace.
