  • What will I need to provide at check-in?

    You’ll need to provide a current photo ID for each adult guest who will be staying in the room along with a $100 refundable deposit and the first week’s payment.

  • Do you offer housekeeping service?

    Yes, housekeeping is included every other week. Additional cleaning is available at $25 per service.

  • Is Internet available?

    Yes, high-speed Internet is available for $10/week*.

  • What will I need to bring with me when I stay?

    At Value Place, we don’t believe in making you pay for things you don’t want. Instead, we provide a few essential items to get you started such as trash bags, your first roll of bathroom tissue, one bar of soap and two drinking cups. A dish pack and coffee maker are also available to purchase for your convenience. You may want to bring your own shampoo and other toiletries. To learn more, read about our Features & Add-ons.

  • Are pets allowed?

    To maintain a consistent guest experience at every location, pets are not allowed at Value Place with the exception of service animals.

  • What is linen exchange?

    You can purchase linen exchange service for $7/ week*. This allows you to bring your linens to the front desk for a quick exchange during office hours.

  • Do you have laundry facilities?

    Yes, all of our locations have coin-operated laundry facilities onsite.

  • Can I check in after office hours?

    Sure. Just dial 500 from the lobby phone if you wish to check in after hours. Please contact the property directly prior to your stay for a Sunday arrival.

  • What if I need to cancel my reservation?

    If you need to cancel your reservation, please call the property directly by 3 p.m. on the day of arrival.

  • How do I check out?

    Simply fill out and return a check-out notice 24 hours prior to your departure. Check-out time is before 11 a.m. daily.

  • When will my deposit be refunded?

    After your room has been reviewed, your deposit will be credited back to your credit card within 5 to 7 business days. (The number of days depends upon your credit card company and its policies.) If you paid your deposit in cash, you must check out during business hours to receive a cash refund for your deposit.
