Hobby Airport. Just minutes away from Houston Galleria and 25 minutes from the Medical Center, the property is in the middle of the international part of southwest Houston close to Sugarland, Katy, Bellaire and Bunkerhill.

    Awesome place and staff !!!!!!

    My family and i absolutely love it here. We feel so at home the manager Erlynn Nunn is a total jewel there is nothing he won't do to make you as comfortable as he can and more. We also feel very safe here because most of the time I am here alone. Cristina does her job very well of making the hotel secure. This is my first experience living in an extended stay hotel and I appreciate the kindness they have extended to me and my family. Also kudos to housekeeping, the rooms are immaculate. Thank you, Barbara. Love Joni.

Reservation Policies

  • A $100 deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable after room inspection.
  • Canceling your reservation after 3 p.m. (local time) on day of arrival may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Value Place accepts cash or major credit cards for reservations and payments. Checks are not accepted.
  • Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals.
  • Children age 17 and younger stay free and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Additional Value Place guests, ages 18 and older, are charged $10 per week room occupancy
