Value Place Knoxville, TN is located just outside of Knoxville in Louisville, TN at the intersection of US-129 & Singleton Station Rd. We are just minutes from downtown Knoxville and all the shopping and dining experiences Knoxville has to offer.   

 

While in the Knoxville area be sure to visit the Women's Basketball Hall of Fame. Also, don't miss the Great Smoky Mountains National Park, just 45 minutes from downtown Knoxville. If more outdoor activity is what you are searching for, don't forget about the Cherokee National Forest.

    Check-in starts at 3 p.m. on your scheduled arrival date. To check in after hours, dial 500 from the lobby phone upon arrival.

    Fill out and return a check-out notice 24 hours prior to your departure. Check-out time is before 11 a.m. daily.

Reservation Policies

  • A $100 deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable after room inspection.
  • Canceling your reservation after 3 p.m. (local time) on day of arrival may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Office hours vary by location.
  • Value Place accepts cash or major credit cards for reservations and payments. Checks are not accepted.
  • Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals.
  • Children age 17 and younger stay free and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Additional Value Place guests, ages 18 and older, are charged $10 per week room occupancy
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
