    I would recommend Value Place to anyone!

    I would like to thank Value Place as well as staff how much of a pleasure it has been staying here. The staff are well trained and very professional. There is great hospitality here as well as a home away from home, or just an extended stay for a while. When i first arrived me and my husband we were treated like kings and still continue to be treated as such. I want to take this time once again for allowing us an opportunity to be guest at your place here in apex north carolina. I would recommend any one to come and stay here.

    Great place to stay!

    We have truly enjoyed our extended stay. It has been a year that we have stayed here, it's been safe, clean, and professionals that have worked with us that are employed with Value Place. We would just like to thank all the staff here in Apex, NC for everything that they have done to make our stay safe and at home. I would recommend any one to come here to stay. Reservation Policies

  • A $100 deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable after room inspection.
  • Canceling your reservation after 3 p.m. (local time) on day of arrival may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Office hours vary by location.
  • Value Place accepts cash or major credit cards for reservations and payments. Checks are not accepted.
  • Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals.
  • Children age 17 and younger stay free and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Additional Value Place guests, ages 18 and older, are charged $10 per week room occupancy
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
