    Very clean!

    We were skeptical about staying at Value Place for the first time. At $199 per week, we thought for sure there would be a catch, but there wasn’t! The room (and the entire property) were very clean, like new. A room with a full refrigerator, microwave and two burner stove for that price is unheard of. We used to pay that for one night at other hotels that did nothing more than make our bed. We’ll be at Value Place from now on.

    The staff is the best!

    I have stayed in this location for four months and my work is done, so unfortunately I must leave. I want to compliment the staff. They have always been very accommodating and extremely friendly. I have been very happy staying here and I want to come back as soon as possible. The place is nice but the people are wonderful! The employees in Asheville really make this place the best.

We currently have housed families and Veterans going through rehabilitation at your hotel and they have nothing but great comments about your facility.     Our favorite place to stay!

    We went back to our favorite hotel again and were greeted by the friendly staff once again. I cannot say how good your employees are. They remember us by name as soon as we walk in the door! The staff is always helpful and they are always smiling. This staff should be the standard for hotels everywhere. I cannot wait to go back.

    When I found myself searching via long distance for a safe haven for my 21-year-old niece and her 2-year-old soon, the staff at Asheville helped me secure immediate temporary lodging while making arrangements for the two of them to stay at Value Place as soon as possible. The staff called me to let me know that my niece and her son had arrived safely at Value Place and described the tight security system. The staff also offered information about social services available for young mothers and their children. Their prompt response to my family’s dilemma was stellar. My deepest appreciation to the staff at Value Place!

    Just what I needed. THANKS!

    I relocated to Asheville for a new job and needed temporary quarters for 3 months. The Value Place at Asheville was exactly what I needed, a place to live while I looked for permanent housing. The staff was super and seemed to know all of the residents. The hallways can get a little noisy in the evenings when people are coming home from work, or the kids get out of school, but it always calmed down by 9 or 10 o'clock. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette, microwave, and fridge were fine.
