    Safe, Quiet, Clean

    My husband and I spent 4 months in Nebraska at the Value Place. The place is close to the interstate and to several fast food restaurants. safe and quiet environment and very clean, Mr. Damien and his very nice staff always friendly and helpful.They are always there for you when you need them. However we enjoyed the place and recommend it!

    Responsive Staff!

    I have lived here since Sept of 2010 and this feels like home. The staff out here are very quick to respond to our concerns and have made this place a home away from home. I am not sure how long I will be here but I want everyone to know how great a place it is. The management here solicit our concerns and move decisively to rectify anything that might jeopardize our safety. Thanks and much appreciation for all you have done for your tenants.

    Very Personable

    Excellent, very great staff, supportive and always there for the guests. They were personable and made all guests comfortable and took care of any issues immediately.

    Fill out and return a check-out notice 24 hours prior to your departure. Check-out time is before 11 a.m. daily.

Reservation Policies

  • A $100 deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable after room inspection.
  • Canceling your reservation after 3 p.m. (local time) on day of arrival may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Office hours vary by location.
  • Value Place accepts cash or major credit cards for reservations and payments. Checks are not accepted.
  • Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals.
  • Children age 17 and younger stay free and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Additional Value Place guests, ages 18 and older, are charged $10 per week room occupancy
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
