    Very Friendly

    My wife and I have heard about extended stay hotels for some time and decided to try Value Place for our trip to Gulfport. We were apprehensive about trying something new. We checked in on 5/26/11 and met Silas and Cassidy at check in, both were very courteous and very helpful in helping with our visit to Southern Miss., and the sights we should see while we were there. I must say that the people in southern Mississippi were the most friendly that we have seen in awhile, thanks. We enjoyed our double room and would recommend it to anyone and we will return to this area in the future and most certainly will stay at Value Place.

    Highly Recommend!

    I loved the fact that the hot water stay hot forever. I loved having a full size fridge. I didn't need it but it was nice to store my water and left overs from dinner. I love that it was close to the highway, Walmart, airport and the Dollar Store. Even with the short shower curtains and the linen exchange fees for towels....I would stay and have recommended it to everyone who would listen.

    Very Clean, Very Safe, And A Friendly Staff

    I am a self-employed entrepreneur in a professional field that requires me to travel 100% of the year. As a fairly new business, I have to watch every penny .... and cannot afford to stay at expensive hotels. I have found Value Place to be the perfect solution. Clean and safe are the most important factors to me. I have no complaints.

Reservation Policies

  • A $100 deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable after room inspection.
  • Canceling your reservation after 3 p.m. (local time) on day of arrival may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Value Place accepts cash or major credit cards for reservations and payments. Checks are not accepted.
  • Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals.
  • Children age 17 and younger stay free and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Additional Value Place guests, ages 18 and older, are charged $10 per week room occupancy
