    Will Stay Here Again!

    Me and my boyfriend stayed here while in town visting family and it really is a clean, safe place to say. I loved it, next time we come to town we sure will be staying at Value Place.

    Great Place To Stay!

    First time I have been able to sleep in months!! Eric runs the place like a professional should run any business. They treat me like I came in to stay at a four star hotel. It's clean, quiet and inexpensive. Thanks again!

    Affordable, and Friendly Staff

    Me and my husband stayed there while in town. It was clean and safe place. Housekeepers and the Night person were very helpful and polite. It was very affordable for extended stay. I will stay there again you don't find affordable places to stay where the staff is really great.

Reservation Policies

  • A $100 deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable after room inspection.
  • Canceling your reservation after 3 p.m. (local time) on day of arrival may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Value Place accepts cash or major credit cards for reservations and payments. Checks are not accepted.
  • Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals.
  • Children age 17 and younger stay free and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Additional Value Place guests, ages 18 and older, are charged $10 per week room occupancy
