    Staff Exceeded My Expectations

    You have a staff committed to providing quality customer service. This is my second stay and consistently your staff made it a pleasant, clean and safe environment for me. In particular Steven, Colton, Bob and Liz were excellent and attentive to my needs. I will be staying at Value Place in Columbia based on my experience here.

  • A $100 deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable after room inspection.
  • Canceling your reservation after 3 p.m. (local time) on day of arrival may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Value Place accepts cash or major credit cards for reservations and payments. Checks are not accepted.
  • Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals.
  • Children age 17 and younger stay free and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Additional Value Place guests, ages 18 and older, are charged $10 per week room occupancy
