Value Place Loveland, CO is conveniently located just off I-25 & Crossroads Blvd. This property is ideally located just between Fort Collins and Loveland, just south of the new Budweiser Event Center and Larimer County Fairgrounds, and just to the north of all that Centerra has to offer.  Loveland and Centerra offer everything you would expect from the best: shopping, dining, entertainment, recreation and more. Many major retailers are within 2 miles of Value Place Loveland. 

 

Known as both the "Gateway to the Rockies" and the “Sweetheart City”, Loveland is only minutes away from Boyd Lake State Park, Carter Lake, the Big Thompson Canyon, Devils Backbone or Estes Park.  The hiking, biking, fishing and other outdoor options are endless!

    Check-in starts at 3 p.m. on your scheduled arrival date. To check in after hours, dial 500 from the lobby phone upon arrival.

    Fill out and return a check-out notice 24 hours prior to your departure. Check-out time is before 11 a.m. daily.

Reservation Policies

  • A $100 deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable after room inspection.
  • Canceling your reservation after 3 p.m. (local time) on day of arrival may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Office hours vary by location.
  • Value Place accepts cash or major credit cards for reservations and payments. Checks are not accepted.
  • Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals.
  • Children age 17 and younger stay free and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Additional Value Place guests, ages 18 and older, are charged $10 per week room occupancy
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
