Value Place Springdale is conveniently located off of the I-540 and Elm Springs exit in the heart of Northwest Arkansas. This area offers something for everyone and every occasion from shopping to dining to sporting events. Springdale is home to the Naturals Baseball Stadium for the baseball lover, and Beaver lake for boating, fishing and beautiful golf courses. The Prominade provides hours of shopping pleasure with wonderful dining establishments just minutes away.
 

 

Be sure to check out the Jones Center for Families, which has an indoor ice skating rink, indoor swimming pool, and computer room with loads of fun for the entire family. You can also visit the Arkansas and Missouri Railroad. All aboard for a window seat to history on beautifully restored passenger train cars with destinations like the Boston Mountains to downtown Van Buren for the Christmas season. Springdale aslo has the largest public Aquatic Center in the region, fall and spring Craft Fairs and Bikes, Blues and Bar-B-Que (Aug-Sept).  So whether your are working, vacationing or just passing through, Value Place Springdale hopes to be your home away from home with low cost studios and a cleaner, simpler, safer environment.

    Fill out and return a check-out notice 24 hours prior to your departure. Check-out time is before 11 a.m. daily.

Reservation Policies

  • A $100 deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable after room inspection.
  • Canceling your reservation after 3 p.m. (local time) on day of arrival may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Office hours vary by location.
  • Value Place accepts cash or major credit cards for reservations and payments. Checks are not accepted.
  • Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals.
  • Children age 17 and younger stay free and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Additional Value Place guests, ages 18 and older, are charged $10 per week room occupancy
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
