The Value Place of Fayetteville, in the heart of northwest Arkansas, is located right off interstate 540. Fayetteville offers many intriguing venues, festivals, and destinations. Every September there is Bikes, Blues, and Barbeque - which brings good food, fun, and of course, lots of bikes to town. Fayetteville offers a great night life on Dickson Street where you can find fine dining, live shows, and even catch a play or musical performance at the Walton Arts Center.

    Very nice place with staff to match, Wes the manager was always very helpful and respectful, as well as the whole staff.

Reservation Policies

  • A $100 deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable after room inspection.
  • Canceling your reservation after 3 p.m. (local time) on day of arrival may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Office hours vary by location.
  • Value Place accepts cash or major credit cards for reservations and payments. Checks are not accepted.
  • Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals.
  • Children age 17 and younger stay free and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Additional Value Place guests, ages 18 and older, are charged $10 per week room occupancy
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
