    One of the best hotels I have stayed at!

    I have to say that this was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in the hotel Manager Shawn made it feel like home not a hotel and the staff was very friendly the rooms where clean and the area its in is nice if I go back to virigina anytime soon this is the place all be returning to stay at.

    Home for two months.:)

    This was our home for two months while my husband was at training at Ft Lee. The hotel was clean, the room had a kitchen so we could eat in. But what made this place the best was the staff. The front desk staff was great. They were always warm and friendly. My girls loved just going to talk to them. The cleaning staff was awasome. Never a fuss over the toys in the room. :) If we ever go tdy with my husband again I will look for another Value Place to stay in. The only thing I wish it had was a playground. This hotel seemed to have a lot of families staying here because of the army base and the kids would get exteremly bored in the room all the time.

Reservation Policies

  • A $100 deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable after room inspection.
  • Canceling your reservation after 3 p.m. (local time) on day of arrival may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Value Place accepts cash or major credit cards for reservations and payments. Checks are not accepted.
  • Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals.
  • Children age 17 and younger stay free and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Additional Value Place guests, ages 18 and older, are charged $10 per week room occupancy
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
