Value Place Gainesville, VA is conveniently located just off I-66. Gainesville is situated in the Commonwealth of Virginia and is part of the Washington Metropolitan area. The Washington Metropolitan area consists of the District of Columbia, parts of Maryland, Virginia and West Virginia. The Tri-state area is very commuter accessible, with several modes of transportation such as The Metro, Amtrak, and Manassas VRE.

    Check-in starts at 3 p.m. on your scheduled arrival date. To check in after hours, dial 500 from the lobby phone upon arrival.

    Fill out and return a check-out notice 24 hours prior to your departure. Check-out time is before 11 a.m. daily.

Reservation Policies

  • A $100 deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable after room inspection.
  • Canceling your reservation after 3 p.m. (local time) on day of arrival may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Office hours vary by location.
  • Value Place accepts cash or major credit cards for reservations and payments. Checks are not accepted.
  • Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals.
  • Children age 17 and younger stay free and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Additional Value Place guests, ages 18 and older, are charged $10 per week room occupancy
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
