American Fork is centrally located between all Utah has to offer, and is only minutes away from the Meadows Shopping District, Thanksgiving Point, Cabelas Outdoor Store and nearby cities of Provo, Orem and Salt Lake City. If you are after fun for the entire family, you can visit the Seven Peaks Water Park, Boondocks Family Fun Center, Cowabunga Bay Water Park, Liberty Land Fun Center, Utah’s largest Lagoon Amusement Park, Classic Skating or Jump on it.

    Excellent staff...clean,secure,afffordable..it met my needs as I am a 6-month seasonal worker in Alaska and live 6 months in Utah.

    Check-in starts at 3 p.m. on your scheduled arrival date. To check in after hours, dial 500 from the lobby phone upon arrival.

    Fill out and return a check-out notice 24 hours prior to your departure. Check-out time is before 11 a.m. daily.

Reservation Policies

  • A $100 deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable after room inspection.
  • Canceling your reservation after 3 p.m. (local time) on day of arrival may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Office hours vary by location.
  • Value Place accepts cash or major credit cards for reservations and payments. Checks are not accepted.
  • Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals.
  • Children age 17 and younger stay free and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Additional Value Place guests, ages 18 and older, are charged $10 per week room occupancy
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
