Value Place Tyler, TX is located on SSW Loop 323 between Highway 155 and Spur 364. Tyler has grown to be the largest community in east Texas, offering big city opportunities with a hometown feel. For the animal lovers Tyler has the Caldwell Zoo and Tiger Creek Wildlife Refuge. From the fun of Fire Mountain Amusements, Splash Kingdom, and the Villages Indoor Water Park to the educational Discovery Science Place and the Brookshire’s World of Wildlife Museum, Tyler offers a wide variety of activities for everyone.

 

Known as the “Rose Capitol of America,” you can attend the Texas Rose Festival or visit the Tyler Rose Garden. Tyler’s recreational activities are supported by 25 prime sporting lakes, eight clubs in the immediate area with a mix of public and private golf courses, and Tyler State Park has 985 acres of woods surrounding a spring fed lake perfect for swimming, boating, and picnics.

 

The cultural community in Tyler boasts the East Texas Symphony Orchestra, the Tyler Youth Orchestra, the performing arts center on the campus of UT Tyler with the Cowan Center, the Tyler Civic Center, and Museum of Art.

    Great Value for My Money

    Great value for my money. The stay was comfortable for my family and I for the 3 months that we stayed. We recommend to anyone looking for a great value.

Reservation Policies

  • A $100 deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable after room inspection.
  • Canceling your reservation after 3 p.m. (local time) on day of arrival may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Value Place accepts cash or major credit cards for reservations and payments. Checks are not accepted.
  • Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals.
  • Children age 17 and younger stay free and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Additional Value Place guests, ages 18 and older, are charged $10 per week room occupancy
