    Home away from home!

    Recently stayed at Value Place for three and a half months while on temporary duty at Fort Bliss. Convenient, clean, comfortable, and priced right. And, best of all, Irma, Sonya, Joe, and the rest of the staff took great care of me! :-) Would definitely stay here again!

    Fill out and return a check-out notice 24 hours prior to your departure. Check-out time is before 11 a.m. daily.

Reservation Policies

  • A $100 deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable after room inspection.
  • Canceling your reservation after 3 p.m. (local time) on day of arrival may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Value Place accepts cash or major credit cards for reservations and payments. Checks are not accepted.
  • Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals.
  • Children age 17 and younger stay free and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Additional Value Place guests, ages 18 and older, are charged $10 per week room occupancy
