    Spring Break Stay

    During spring break, my boyfriend and I stayed at Value Place. The room was clean, private, and provided us with necessities so we didn't have to eat out for every meal. The staff was kind and when we did have a question or other need, they promptly helped us. We would stay again and recommend Forth Worth's Value Place for an extended stay.

    Excellent Service

    I must say that I was extremely impressed with the facilities and staff. I was a guest at the Value Place Fossil Creek for just about a month for business. Honestly, at first I was a little apprehensive about the idea of living in a hotel for so long, but this location made me feel at home. The facilities were always clean, my needs were promptly addressed and met, and the staff were available literally 24 hours a day and were very accommodating. Adam, Michael, and the rest of the staff were excellent and I'd recommend this location to anyone.

    Check-in starts at 3 p.m. on your scheduled arrival date. To check in after hours, dial 500 from the lobby phone upon arrival.

    Fill out and return a check-out notice 24 hours prior to your departure. Check-out time is before 11 a.m. daily.

Reservation Policies

  • A $100 deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable after room inspection.
  • Canceling your reservation after 3 p.m. (local time) on day of arrival may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Office hours vary by location.
  • Value Place accepts cash or major credit cards for reservations and payments. Checks are not accepted.
  • Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals.
  • Children age 17 and younger stay free and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Additional Value Place guests, ages 18 and older, are charged $10 per week room occupancy
