Value Place Austin Hymeadow is strategically located minutes from the famous Texas Hill Country and Lake Travis in Austin, Texas on Research Blvd. Austin is the capital city of TX and has many attractions for every visitor with our capital completed in 1888, the pink granite Texas State Capitol stands 302 feet high and is 14 feet higher than our nation's capitol. Jobs in Austin Texas are growing at a higher rate than any other area in the country with our solid foundation of technology, along with state and federal government offices.

 

Home to Dell Computers in Round Rock, TX just a few minutes away and some of the largest employers in the area include Flextronics, IBM, 3M, Samsung, Freescale Semiconductor and Seton Healthcare Network. Austin TX is also home to the only Formula One racetrack in the USA and has been named “Circuit of the Americas” with a completion date of 2012.

    Very Safe, Very Clean

    This place is very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and it's nice to see a manager walking the halls and making sure everything is nice and clean. I will be back soon and will not hesitate to return to the same location, my employer is located closer to another property but the service is outstanding. It's nice to see the staff takes time to say hello each time they run into a guest. I stayed with a roomate this time but considering my own space next time. I felt very safe during my entire stay.

    Exceptionally Clean Room!

    My family was relocating and needed a place to stay. We had moved into the hotel next door and was NOT impressed. We moved into the Value Place and haven't looked back! The rooms are exceptionally clean and the staff are all friendly and helpful. The prices are low and staff was willing to work with us to get us the best deal available. It's almost enough to keep me from wanting to move out! :)

Reservation Policies

  • A $100 deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable after room inspection.
  • Canceling your reservation after 3 p.m. (local time) on day of arrival may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Value Place accepts cash or major credit cards for reservations and payments. Checks are not accepted.
  • Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals.
  • Children age 17 and younger stay free and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Additional Value Place guests, ages 18 and older, are charged $10 per week room occupancy
