    Great Management, Convenient Location

    Been staying here over 2 years! The management is friendly and will help with any problem you may have with your stay. I would highly recommend The Value Place to anyone that is visiting Myrtle Beach for a week or month. This one is in a excellent location with several restaurants, and grocery store, and drug store all in walking distance.

    i recommend value place for short term or long term stay .. i have stayed in value place in savannah /charlotte/ wilmington/ fayetteville all vary clean vary safe and vary affordable .. myrtle beach is the best !!! staff is friendly and all vary nice !!

Reservation Policies

  • A $100 deposit is required upon booking and is refundable after room inspection.
  • If guests wish to cancel a reservation, notice must be given to the property 72 hours before scheduled arrival to avoid a $45 reservation fee.
  • Office hours vary by location.
  • Value Place accepts cash or major credit cards for reservations and payments. Checks are not accepted.
  • Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals.
  • Children age 17 and younger stay free and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Additional Value Place guests, ages 18 and older, are charged $10 per week room occupancy
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
