    Room Like Brand New

    We stayed here the first week of our retirement (not sure why we picked Avon Ohio), but we had a blast thanks to the GREAT people at Value Place. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, the room was sooo clean--like we were the first to stay in it. They gave us all kinds of things to do and great places to eat. Not sure where our next week will be, but you can bet we will stay at a Value Place!!!!!

    A great home away from home

    My mom and I stayed here during the radiation part of her cancer treatment. I can not thank the staff enough for their courtesy, the love, and care they showed for us and all the extra efforts and measures they did to make our stay more enjoyable. The hotel is very clean, extremely affordable and well thought out. Things are easy to find, comfortable and affordable. Dawn & Amanda thank you so much for everything. The only thing that i felt at all could be improved on was the speed of the internet due to so many people using it, but that really is a corporate fix, I will definetely stay again!!

    Great Hotel...Extremely clean, quiet, and well kept. Staff was wondeful. Located in a safe location (at the end of a cul-de-sac near I-90) close to recently constructed shopping, restaurants, and All Pro Freight Stadium (home of the Lake Erie Crushers Pro Baseball Team). I was allowed to bring a bicycle to and from my car into the room daily. THE BEST VALUE PLACE I HAVE STAYED AT TO DATE...HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

    Treated Like Family

    My wife and I stayed at the Avon, OH, Value Place for over 8 months during career transitions. Honestly, if I had not needed to travel over an hour to work, I'd still be at this Value Place! The General Manager and staff not only made us feel welcome, but consistently insured a clean, comfortable stay. There was always a friendly "hello" awaiting us and our room was kept impeccably clean; they even delivered our mail to our room! Amazing people, amazing place - I recommend the Avon, OH, Value Place to anyone in need of accommodation for a week, a month or more. Great job guys

    Dawn the manager and rest of the staff were all so wonderful and very kind. My room was great and very clean. I would rate my stay there an A+. Thank you for a wonderful week.
