    Awesome experience

    We have had a wonderful experience here. In transition from one lease to another, we stayed here for over a month. We never had a single problem with the guests or the workers here. Everyone was nice and cordial. The safety of the place is so much of a relief. We had no problem with internet connections or functions of any appliances in the room. We have vowed that when we go on vacation anywhere we will look for a Value Place to stay in. Thank you for an awesome experience.

    The BEST place to stay

    Everything was perfect! All of the staff was so nice, friendly, and helpful. They went out of their way to help. All the other guests were very nice and friendly also. Security was great since it was my 6 year old daughter and me, we always felt safe. I never had one problem while staying there.My car was broken down for two days, but there were plenty of stores and restaurants in walking distance. I will always stay at Value place from now on. I am relocating to Wilmington from IL, it is a great relief to know I will have somewhere to stay during the transition.

    Great Experience

    Have stayed here previously in 2009 on two occassions but this was even better. Manager and staff were very attentative to your needs and hotel was kept clean and parking lots were kept clean as well. Would highly recommend staying here if in Wilmington area.

Reservation Policies

  • A $100 deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable after room inspection.
  • Canceling your reservation after 3 p.m. (local time) on day of arrival may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Office hours vary by location.
  • Value Place accepts cash or major credit cards for reservations and payments. Checks are not accepted.
  • Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals.
  • Children age 17 and younger stay free and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Additional Value Place guests, ages 18 and older, are charged $10 per week room occupancy
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
