    Great Place to Stay!

    Great place to stay. very clean, very friendly, professional staff. Stayed 6 plus months in 2008. It IS the standard I judge all other extended stay hotels against. Internet ran great. Wonderful place for a week, a month, or even as a studio apartment for longer stays. Only draw-back is: no swimming pool. :-( But thats all VPs. If I meet someone going to Fayetteville, I advise staying at Walter reed Cr. best place in the area.

    Wonderful Experience!

    Had a wonderful experience staying for almost 2 weeks. We had wonderful customer service, especially by the night/safety attendent, Kevin. He helped with moving us into the hotel, and from room to room when they helped us easily upgrade to a double bed. They go above and beyond to help you out. Would stay here again before anywhere else!

Reservation Policies

  • A $100 deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable after room inspection.
  • Canceling your reservation after 3 p.m. (local time) on day of arrival may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Value Place accepts cash or major credit cards for reservations and payments. Checks are not accepted.
  • Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals.
  • Children age 17 and younger stay free and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Additional Value Place guests, ages 18 and older, are charged $10 per week room occupancy
