    It's the little Things

    Staff is always friendly and looking to see if I might need anything, and, more importantly, they remember my name. Whether its helping me when I lock my truck and room keys in my room at 5:00 in the morning or just stopping to shoot the breeze in the hallway, they've always gone above and beyond in making sure I feel at home. And when you're miles away from home that means something. Traveling as much as I do its the little things like those mentioned that, at the end of the day, keep me coming back to Value Place whenever I have work in and around Las Cruces.

    Great Place!

    john and staff committed to serving the noel co. on uncertain reservations they provide at least 4 rooms and any last minute changes to additional employees which require unscheduled arrivals we at the noel co. appreciate the service they provide

Reservation Policies

  • A $100 deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable after room inspection.
  • Canceling your reservation after 3 p.m. (local time) on day of arrival may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Office hours vary by location.
  • Value Place accepts cash or major credit cards for reservations and payments. Checks are not accepted.
  • Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals.
  • Children age 17 and younger stay free and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Additional Value Place guests, ages 18 and older, are charged $10 per week room occupancy
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
