    Safe and Pleasant Stay

    During my stay here, I have never felt unsafe. Quiet days and peaceful nights. I was provided a spotless room. The hallways, laundry, and parking lot are always spotlessly clean. I have been treated with the utmost respect and professionalism by the staff. Best wishes to your staff and organization and I look forward to continuing a safe and pleasant stay.

    Thank You For Clean Environment

    Law's Custom Flooring, Inc. has ben residing at Value Place in Arnold, MO. We have been very glad to have the motel for our use. It has enabled us to continue work in the St. Louis area due to the low price. We are a small business that is located in Anna, IL. We would not have been able to work through these tight financial times if the price had not been so reasonable. My husband stays in Arnold five days a week. We thank you for a clean environment for him to stay in for the past several months.

Reservation Policies

  • A $100 deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable after room inspection.
  • Canceling your reservation after 3 p.m. (local time) on day of arrival may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Value Place accepts cash or major credit cards for reservations and payments. Checks are not accepted.
  • Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals.
  • Children age 17 and younger stay free and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Additional Value Place guests, ages 18 and older, are charged $10 per week room occupancy
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
