Value Place Ankeny is located north of Des Moines on Interstate 35 at the Corporate Woods Exit. This location offers quick access to downtown Des Moines and access to I-80 is less than a mile away. In addition to all our other great ammenities, this location NOW OFFERS WiFi! Ankeny, Iowa, while contiguous to Des Moines, is its own business center and will provide those staying at Value Place Ankeny shopping, dining and business access. This location is also convenient to a bus line. The city of Des Moines is located at the crossroads of Interstates 35 & 80.  The area population exceeds a half million people and is home to The Principal, Aviva, EMC, Meredith Corporation, Pioneer, Wells Fargo, ING and Ruan.

    Fill out and return a check-out notice 24 hours prior to your departure. Check-out time is before 11 a.m. daily.

Reservation Policies

  • A $100 deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable after room inspection.
  • Canceling your reservation after 3 p.m. (local time) on day of arrival may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Office hours vary by location.
  • Value Place accepts cash or major credit cards for reservations and payments. Checks are not accepted.
  • Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals.
  • Children age 17 and younger stay free and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Additional Value Place guests, ages 18 and older, are charged $10 per week room occupancy
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
