About This Location

Value Place Lawrence (Indianapolis), IN is conveniently located 2.5 miles east of I-465 at exit 42, on Pendleton Pike. Known as “The Amateur Sports Capital of the World,” Indianapolis, IN is not only home of the Super Bowl Champion Indianapolis Colts, the Indiana Pacers, and the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, but it is also the headquarters for the NCAA. 

 

Indianapolis boasts a world class Children’s Museum, multiple cultural and art museums, including the Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art, the Indianapolis Art Museum and the Indianapolis Museum of Contemporary Art. 

 

“Hoosiers” (a nickname given to fans of the Indiana University athletic teams) help to make the city lively and energetic.  Indianapolis is home to the American Legion national headquarters and a large collection of memorials to our service men and women, second only to Washington, D.C. Among them are the Congressional Medal of Honor Memorial and the USS Indianapolis Memorial.

Reservation Policies

  • A $100 deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable after room inspection.
  • Canceling your reservation after 3 p.m. (local time) on day of arrival may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Office hours vary by location.
  • Value Place accepts cash or major credit cards for reservations and payments. Checks are not accepted.
  • Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals.
  • Children age 17 and younger stay free and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Additional Value Place guests, ages 18 and older, are charged $10 per week room occupancy
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
