Value Place Sanford, just north of Orlando, FL - is conveniently located at 2727 South Orlando Dr. in beautiful Sanford, FL. Being just north of Orlando, Fl. we are convenient to all the major attractions in the number one tourist destination in the United States; Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World and Wet and Wild.  Some of the less known areas of interest in Sanford are Lake Monroe ( a serene oasis in the heart of Sanford)  the Colonial Town Park (featuring an array of fine dining, and specialty restaurants as well as many unique boutiques.)  We are also home to the renowned Sanford Zoo.  Unique shopping experiences can be had at the Sanford Flea Market, the Sanford Mall and the Auto Auction.  First Street is home to an array of Antique shops.

 

If you are into sports, we are not too far from the new Amway Arena (Home of the Orlando Magic).  If you’re into the golf scene there are a plethora of fabulous courses in the area, including Timacuan Golf Club.  Sanford is also home to some of the best fresh water fishing, air-boating and just cruising around the numerous lakes like Lake Monroe.     

 

Sanford is also home to the Sanford airport (just minutes down the road) Seminole State College (just around the corner), and the Central Florida Regional Hospital.

If the Beach, or Auto racing are your thing, this would be out closest location to Daytona Beach, only about 45 minutes away.

Reservation Policies

  • A $100 deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable after room inspection.
  • Canceling your reservation after 3 p.m. (local time) on day of arrival may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Office hours vary by location.
  • Value Place accepts cash or major credit cards for reservations and payments. Checks are not accepted.
  • Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals.
  • Children age 17 and younger stay free and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Additional Value Place guests, ages 18 and older, are charged $10 per week room occupancy
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
