    Pleasant Experience!

    I've stayed at Value Place twice and both times I've had a very pleasant experience. In addition, the place makes me feel safe. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family and would most likely stay there again. Personnel is very likable.

    Amazing Service

    The staff is wonderful! They made me feel comfortable and safe. Very clean, well run, organized, and friendly. I recommend Value Place to everyone that wants excellent service and a smile. Reservation Policies

  • A $100 deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable after room inspection.

  • Value Place accepts cash or major credit cards for reservations and payments. Checks are not accepted.
  • Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals.
  • Children age 17 and younger stay free and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Additional Value Place guests, ages 18 and older, are charged $10 per week room occupancy
