Value Place Lakeland has everything you need for a great Florida vacation. Our hotel is located approximately midway between Tampa and Orlando along the Interstate 4 corridor at Exit 33 in Polk County.

 

Near the center of the state, Lakeland offers something for everyone – shopping, dining, recreation, sports and more.

 

Lakeland’s quality of life is supported by the variety of arts & cultural opportunities for residents and visitors. Home to many museums and theatres, Lakeland is also proud to boast the nation’s largest single-campus collection of Frank Lloyd Wright Architecture. Lakeland is the Spring Training home of the Detroit Tigers who have practiced here since 1965. Lakeland also has great proximity to many festivals and activities throughout the year, like the Sun n Fun Fly In, Strawberry Festival, and the Lake Mirror Classic Auto Show. Lakeland is also home to the Lakeland Center, which offers great theater, concerts, and sometimes even public ice skating.

 

To the west, about ½ hour away, is Tampa, with theme parks like Busch Gardens, the Gulf Coast, Seminole Hard Rock Casino and many beautiful malls and dining opportunities.

 

To the east is Orlando, which has many theme parks, like Disneyworld, Seaworld, Universal Studios and others. Orlando also has a multitude of shopping and dining opportunities.

Reservation Policies

  • A $100 deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable after room inspection.
  • Canceling your reservation after 3 p.m. (local time) on day of arrival may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Value Place accepts cash or major credit cards for reservations and payments. Checks are not accepted.
  • Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals.
  • Children age 17 and younger stay free and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Additional Value Place guests, ages 18 and older, are charged $10 per week room occupancy
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
