We are located in the heart of Southside Jacksonville, with convenient access to Interstates 295, 95 and 10 by way of State Road 9A Beltway. When staying with us you are located minutes away from Atlantic Beach, Neptune Beach and the Jacksonville Beaches. We have plenty of stores and shops within walking distance from the property, and while you’re a guest with us you can utilize the Just 4 U Fitness Center as often as you’d like, at no extra cost.

    Excellent Value! Excellent Staff!!

    Extremely friendly and helpful staff all around! Cheerful and going out of their way to help me! My room was very clean and well maintained and I enjoyed having the kitchen in my room as it saved me money by cooking in my room as opposed to having to go out for every meal! (Even though there are TONS of restaurants within walking distance!) Their office isn’t open 24/7 (like a "regular" hotel) BUT there IS someone on staff available 24/7 to help with whatever you need. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking to stay in Jacksonville for any length of time. I will definitely return to this hotel again in May!

    Very Clean!

    This is one of the cleanest places I have stayed in! I was very comfortable staying here. The employees were all great. They went out of their way to help. I couldn't have asked for more for the price I paid. You guys are doing a great job! Keep it up!!

    Great Value

    Our first experience was for a week at another extended-stay facility down the street (which initially “set the bar” for us quite low, unfortunately). Our respective independent “grades” from my wife and me are: our first “low bar” experience two weeks ago: D and D+ and for Value Place over this past week: A and A-The management (especially Steve), staff,are all excellent, helpful, responsive, and friendly. The facilities are clean, safe, and well-maintained. The rooms are better than the average motel/hotel room I’ve stayed in over the past 40 yearsand much more economical

    Highly recommended !

    I can not say enough positive about this facility. Stephen and Ryan are the type of management staff that you hope to have the pleasure of dealing with but, rarely do. They are extremely friendly, helpful, professional, and run one of the cleanest, safest, and well maintained hotels that I have stayed in. Being that, for business, I am a diamond status member with Hilton and several others, that is saying quite a bit ! I highly recommend the Value Place on Saland Way in Jacksonville to anyone needing an extended stay suite.

    Best Place to Stay

    This is the best hotel we have ever stayed at. Steve Wolf and his staff are excellent with customer service and tending to the customers needs.This hotel on Saland Way is very clean and welcoming. Steve's staff are warm and friendly and go above and beyond for all of their quests. Angie and Liz will help in anyway possible, this whole staff should be commended. I would highly recommend this facility.
