    It's about time!

    A full extended stay place for less than a room at another place that doesn't even have a refrigerator or microwave? It is about time Gainesville had a real value in a place to stay! I will recommend it to everyone, including family coming to visit me in Gainesville!

    Great Place to Stay

    My husband was in the VA Hospital. What was supposed to be a week to two week stay turned into five weeks. The Value Place was the perfect place to stay. It was very, very clean and I felt safe and secure. The staff was wonderful and very friendly. I would definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone visiting Gainesville.

Reservation Policies

  • A $100 deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable after room inspection.

  • Value Place accepts cash or major credit cards for reservations and payments. Checks are not accepted.
  • Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals.
  • Children age 17 and younger stay free and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Additional Value Place guests, ages 18 and older, are charged $10 per week room occupancy
