    Amazing Stay! Wonderful Workers!

    I stayed at the Value Place in San Antonio, Texas on Zarzamora for my husband graduating from basic training. I knew as soon as I arrived I had made the right choice by making reservations there. The people at the front desk were so warm and inviting! They truly cared about the customers happiness and were so kind. Not to mention, I felt so safe when I stayed. No one can get in without a key. I felt really safe and comfortable. All in all, Value Place will always be my number one choice when staying near one! If you ever have the chance to stay in one, go for it! :) Thanks Value Place!!

    Great place to me.

    I have stayed here multiple times because of the proximity to businesses I'm involved with. Had one minor noise problem once; but stopped and remedied immediately with the on-call staff (late Sun. or Mon. night football game, lol). Manager and maintenance were very professional, helpful and gracious.

Reservation Policies

  • A $100 deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable after room inspection.
  • Canceling your reservation after 3 p.m. (local time) on day of arrival may result in a cancellation fee.

  • Value Place accepts cash or major credit cards for reservations and payments. Checks are not accepted.
  • Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals.
  • Children age 17 and younger stay free and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Additional Value Place guests, ages 18 and older, are charged $10 per week room occupancy
