Value Place Fort Myers, FL is conveniently located just off I-75. Known as “The City of Palms,” Fort Myers, FL, is the heart of Southwest Florida. Our property is only 14 miles away from the Southwest International Airport; located on Colonial Blvd, the central travel route through Fort Myers with quick access to Gulf beaches.  This area offers something for everyone - shopping, dining, recreation and more, including lots of fun for the whole family. 

 

Our location is close to the Spring Training Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins Stadiums, numerous golf courses, Sun Splash Water Park, Calusa Nature Center, Edison/Ford Winter Homes, Shell Factory.     very clean, friendly staff, affordable, convenient. only suggestion would be to include hand/face towels to bathroom ammenities.

    Well kept, Good staff

    Very clean, inexpensive and friendly. Stayed on fourth floor, would have preferred non-smoking floor. This is the only negative remark. Would be nice if all floors were non- smoking. But there are still some around.
