Value Place Aurora, CO is conveniently located at 575 North Billings Street, just off of 6th Avenue and I-225.  Aurora is home to many of the best options for medical treatment, with the new Children’s Hospital campus and the University of Colorado Medical Center both right across I-225.  Aurora truly offers everything you would expect from the best: shopping, dining, recreation and more.  The Aurora Mall, Target Super Center, Ross, Barnes & Noble, Wal-Mart and more are located within 2 miles of Value Place Aurora.  You will be just minutes away from the Aurora and Cherry Creek Reservoirs where fishing, hiking, biking and boating options abound. 

 

If that is not enough, you are within a quick drive to exciting mountain destinations such as Idaho Springs, Breckenridge, or Estes Park.  For sports fans, Colorado will not disappoint.  We have professional sports options in season all year, including the Denver Broncos, Denver Nuggets, Colorado Avalanche and the Colorado Mammoth.  If you want to be in the middle of the action, head up to our highly acclaimed ski slopes.  If you’re looking for arts and culture, make sure to take in the Cherry Creek Arts festival, a local favorite the first weekend each July.

    Check-in starts at 3 p.m. on your scheduled arrival date. To check in after hours, dial 500 from the lobby phone upon arrival.

    Fill out and return a check-out notice 24 hours prior to your departure. Check-out time is before 11 a.m. daily.

Reservation Policies

  • A $100 deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable after room inspection.
  • Canceling your reservation after 3 p.m. (local time) on day of arrival may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Office hours vary by location.
  • Value Place accepts cash or major credit cards for reservations and payments. Checks are not accepted.
  • Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals.
  • Children age 17 and younger stay free and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Additional Value Place guests, ages 18 and older, are charged $10 per week room occupancy
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
