Hot Springs resorts and Oaklawn Jockey Club are only an hour away from this Value Place property. The Baptist, UAMS, and Arkansas Childrens and Veterans hospitals are within a 15 minute drive of Value Place Little Rock. Little Rock boasts three excellent municipal golf courses, as well as boating and fishing on the Arkansas River and nearby Lake Maumelle.

    My Thoughts on ValuePlace

    I have been here now 2 weeks and tomorrow ends my time at Value Place Little Rock. I ask myself would I come back? I have but one word, Yes. I have stayed in 4-5 star hotels that offer you the world and they do not come close to the service that has been provded here at Value Place Little Rock. I am already recommending it to my friends and family in Australia and telling them forget anywhere else when staying for long peroids of time. Being able to cook your own food and live in your own time - perfect. Thank you for a really enjoyable time. Three Cheers to Jim and all the staff. Thank you.

Reservation Policies

  • A $100 deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable after room inspection.
  • Canceling your reservation after 3 p.m. (local time) on day of arrival may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Office hours vary by location.
  • Value Place accepts cash or major credit cards for reservations and payments. Checks are not accepted.
  • Pets are not allowed with the exception of service animals.
  • Children age 17 and younger stay free and must be supervised by an adult at all times.
  • Additional Value Place guests, ages 18 and older, are charged $10 per week room occupancy
  • Rates subject to change without notice.
