Value Place, the fastest growing brand in the history of the lodging industry seeks a full time manager for our newest property soon under construction in Williston, ND. The promotion and transfer of the existing manager has created this opportunity to join our management team.

Our business is a cross between a hotel and an apartment; we are a new concept, and have plans to operate 500 locations nationwide by 2015. Currently we have over 170 hotels in operation or under construction. By December 2011 we will open even more properties and will operate in 30 states. Our concept has proven to be "recession proof" because we deliver great value when our customers need it the most.　

We seek managers with a prior background in working in apartment management, food service, or retail sales. Critical skills include employee selection and training, cost control, local store marketing, and a commitment to quality. Our best managers have outgoing personalities and generate revenue by asking for the sale.

Property Managers recruit, select, orient, train, and manage a total staff of 5 coworkers. They handle all of the P&L decisions for a multi-million dollar operation. Their primary focus is managing the growth of our revenue and profit in the market.

Property Managers work a 55-60 hour work week, 9 AM-7 PM, M-F. Weekend work is not required.
