PMCs with locations throughout the U.S.
We seek managers with a prior background in working in apartment management, food service, or retail sales. Critical skills include employee selection and training, cost control, local store marketing, and a commitment to quality. Our best managers have outgoing personalities and generate revenue by asking for the sale. Bi-lingual applicants are preferred.
Property Managers recruit, select, orient, train, and manage a total staff of 6 coworkers. They handle all of the P&L decisions for a multi-million dollar operation. Their primary focus is managing the growth of our revenue and profit in the market. Property Managers work a 55-60 hour work week, 9 AM-7 PM, M-F. Weekend work is not required.
