The Property Attendant is a full time position that is offered the opportunity to live on site rent free. Property Attendants perform routine simple maintenance, janitorial services, landscape & parking maintenance, and perform deep cleaning of hotel rooms when guests check out.

We have two property attendants in each  property, The PA1 works 6 AM- 3 PM, the PA2 works 10 AM- 7 PM. The PA1 job requires basic plumbing, carpentry, and repair skills. PA2 is an experienced housekeeper.

Job pays a salary for 40 hours work and overtime pay for hours over 40. A rent free studio is offered including all utilities, phone, and internet.
