Guest Attendant

The Guest Attendant is either a part time or full time position depending on the location. They act as a front desk clerk servicing guests, answering the phone, guest check-in & check-out , greeting visitors, and vendors. Typically they work a 5 or 6 day work week from around 10 AM to 6 or 7 PM, depending upon location. They also work Saturday from 10 AM-2 PM. Their job duties are varied: 

Guest Attendants need to be sales minded persons who enjoy meeting and greeting potential guests. Most visitors to our property know little about the Value Place concept of extended stay hotels. Guest Attendants give tours, make phone calls to local businesses, host open houses and perform other direct marketing activities under the direction of the Property Manager. They need to be outgoing, friendly, people who like to "sell."

Guest Attendants also perform various guest services, taking and posting payments, answering the phone, responding to guest service requests, making keys, etc.
