Value Place is an extended stay hotel that meets every life traveler’s need for affordable, clean and secure, temporary lodging with our remarkably low weekly rates, rigorous cleanliness standards, total commitment to your comfort, privacy and peace of mind, and our just-right simplicity. Whether you’re traveling on business, pleasure, relocation or just looking for a temporary basecamp on your life’s journey, Value Place is your place.
- A $100 deposit is required upon check-in and is refundable after room inspection.
- Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) in advance by calling the property directly to prevent incurring a weekly charge.
- Our offices are closed on Sundays for new arrivals and check-ins. Please schedule your arrival and check-in during the following business hours:
Monday - Friday 9 a.m. - 6 p.m.
Saturday 10 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Sunday Closed - Property attendant is on-site for maintenance support.
- Value Place accepts cash payments, Visa®, Mastercard®, American Express® and Discover® credit cards for reservations and payments. Checks are not accepted.
- Same-day reservations can only be accommodated by calling the property directly.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Children age 17 and younger stay free and must be supervised by an adult at all times. Additional Value Place guests, ages 18 and older, are charged $10 per week room occupancy.
