Many times over the last 5 years I have had to travel and oten times stay for more than a week at a certain place, so I have much to compare this place of residence-Value Place Trophy Club TX to many others I have stayed. This is the first time that all employees including management have been so professional, curteous and helpful in so many ways. I would recommend this place highly and would not hesitate to stay whenever possible. The grounds are safe and I felt secure knowing that the grounds were also being watched over becuase of my car and personal possessions. I also had no worry about items left in the room. Talmadge and the staff were great!

We went back to our favorite hotel again and were greeted by the friendly staff once again. I cannot say how good Ramona, Bridgette, and Talmadge make us feel every time we go on vacation. They remember us by name as soon as we walk in the door! The staff is always helpful and always have a smile. Talmadge is great for information, tickets and just a laugh. This staff should be the standard for hotels everywhere. I cannot wait to go back.

For the 20 years that I have traveled for my career, I have never written a testimonial of my stay,(goodness knows I have stayed in some places.) With that being said I felt really compelled to let you know of the BEST place I have stayed. First, this facility is very very clean. The staff and facility has been awarded with their cleanliness, and their security. The staff will greet you every day by your name, instead of just a hello, you feel like family. The staff went above and beyond their duties to make sure your stay is a memorable,pleasant, and very comfortable. This facility is a key card entrance throughout the entire unit. The security is excellent. The grounds are always clean and well groomed. The rooms are spacious, very clean, and all ammities are in working order. The Internet is fast and easy to operate. If you forget your dishes for the kitchenette area they have a kitchen box for up to four settings available for a quick purchase. If my job were to ever take me back to the Jacksonville, Florida I will definitely go back to Value Place. Now that I am aware of such a good chain I have added them in my favorites to use when traveling elsewhere. To the entire staff at the Jacksonville, Florida site my hat goes off to you. Thank you for all that you did in helping my stay be memorable.

In Time of Need

My mother-in-law required more care than our local hospital could offer, so they flew her to Covenant in Lubbock, Texas. We drove up 110 miles one way. The first night we stayed in the ER waiting room. The next day we rented a motel room, about $80. I knew that wouldn't work. I then rented another motel for $56 and we stayed there three nights. We stayed at the hospital, using the room for clothes and showers. Day by day, we thought she was about to go home. By the time that third day at the motel was up, I knew we needed to rent by the week. I saw your motel from the Loop and we stayed almost four weeks with you. When you stay up all day and most of the night with a loved one, waking up every time a nurse came in, it's so nice to be able to leave that room and take a rest for a few hours. A shower also helped refresh my wife. Your people were nice to work with. The room was just fine and the price was right. We appreciate all of you.

My first post has gone missing so I'll try again, since the longer I stay the BETTER it gets!!!! I have a new catch phrase in resoinse to the realtors "location,location,location" and that is "STAFF, STAFF,STAFF" As" location" makes real estate hot the staff here is truly what makes this place the best. The staff goes above & beyond to ensure each stay is pleasant & memorable. There is a great feeling of family here, the warmth & compassion is felt everywhere. This is a 5 star hotel at a 2 star price. The cleanliness is outstanding. There is excellent lighting in parking areas that promotes a safe secure feeling. I have been here 3 mos & might be here for 6 more, as it is so plesant and cozy I will not mind a bit. My husband and I spent 3 months at the Junction City KS Value Place waiting for our Ft Riley post housing. The entire staff at this location is just great!! Very friendly employees and the amenities are great...pay for what you need, not for what you don't. Kudos to Victor and the entire staff. A user comment to highly recommend the Value Place in Ogden, Utah! I am in my 2nd month here now and am enjoying the newly established monthly rate. I have surveyed the rental market in Ogden and I cannot even come close to the value and amenities I have at Ogden, Utah Valueplace. Opened in Jan 2009 the facility is clean and secure. The staff is attentive to guests needs and requests. I may stop looking for a different rental property altogether. As an older single gentleman Ogden,Utah, Valueplace suits me to a Tee!

The first night in town I got really lost and after trying to get me straightened out by phone several times, Tallmadge sent someone to lead me to the Motel! He has quickly and efficiently addressed any concerns I've had. We never comment on a hotel stay, but felt the need concerning our recent stay at the Asheville, NC Value Place. We are retired and my wife found the hotel on line so we thought we would give it a try. What a surprise, we were instantly greeted by a gentleman named Talmage who went out of his way to make our stay wonderful. He remembered our names, our room number and arranged tickets to the Biltmore, dinner, breakfast and found my wife the secret antique shops. Above all we forgot our key and he was there with a smile on his face. We will definitely recommend the Asheville hotel to our friends, this man deserves more than a thank you. I am a scheduling manager for a large concrete finishing company based out of Greensboro, N.C. We have been guests at the Bragg Blvd location for the past several weeks. I just wanted to comment that the stay was wonderful. Exceptionally clean, very reasonably priced and convientently located. But perhaps the best part of the stay has been the wonderful customer service we have received from the front desk personnel. One in particular is Angel Lindee. She has been a dream to work with and has helped maintain 3 room schedules, for 4 weeks and been very helpful throughout the entire process. My family of three (my husband,myself,and our daughter).We stayed for a week for our Christmas vacation,to visit with our family.One of our relatives stayed less than two minutes away,that was really great.The manager David,and Benita the manager over the cleaning staff was sooooo nice to my family.I will never forget the treatment they gave us.We plan on making that our place to stay when we visit out there.The room (#219) was on the second floor overlooking Interstate-20,which was a very nice view for us.The staff was very nice when we needed fresh towels and linen,when you return the used linen and towels.It was very easy to find when you are coming from an eight hour trip,It was like an mini apartment for us.It was very roomy,and the beds were very comfortable.I can't say enough about this particular hotel,it was almost like being at home.Thank you for everything David and Benita,will never forget you.

Remarkable Experience in Augusta, GA

Hi, I just wanted to send a note saying how wonderful Michelle and the staff are at the Value Place in Augusta, Georgia. I have been staying here since September 19th and there has NOT been a time that I have seen any one of them, that I wasn't greeted with a smile and or had doors opened for me. Michelle knows I am going through a very tough time right now,and she has gone out of her way to make time to not only just speak a casual greeting, but also to check and see how I am really doing! In my opinion, she has gone over and beyond her calling of duty here at Value Place. I have seen for myself Michelle personally cleaning up a room when needed too. Her staff, Dee, will also check in on me and ask if there is anything I need and tells me to let her know if there is something I need. This, in my opinion is someone who is dedicated and cares. The other day, I had forgotten I had a doctor's appointment and had just put a couple of blouses in the washer. I saw Philip and told him I was sorry that I would be tying up the washer longer than I should, he said for me not to worry. When I returned to my room, Philip had my blouses hanging on my clothes rack. What a special person. Anthony works the evening shift, and there have been several times he has seen me getting out of my vehicle with my arms full and he will run and open up the doors for me, even MY room door. How polite and caring is this! Connie cleans my room for me. She does a great job. She cleans everything from the microwave to the blinds and more. I am a 52 year old woman and I have worked with and around people all my life. I have stayed in many, many places, but I have never in my life seen a group of people so wonderful. Michelle has and is doing a remarkable job. She is a very dedicated and caring person who obviously takes pride in herself and in her job as it truly shows. As a guest here at Value Place, I am very fortunate to have found a place where I feel cared for and cared about. This is a very unique quality that you rarely find anywhere anymore. My wife, 2 children & I were recently relocated from Fl to Asheville NC however we had a little over a month before our house was ready so we stayed @ the value place & are so happy that we did!! Not only was the hotel very clean & accomodating but the staff made us feel like we were part of the "family". And whenever we needed anything from towels to directions Tallmadge was right there to get what we needed or direct us where to go!! This has been our most pleasant experience at a hotel!! I switched to ValuePlace after seeing their amazing price flashing on their sign as I traveled I-10. I was skeptical, but the price was considerably less than the place I was staying. I toured the hotel before making my reservation and found the staff to be very proud of their building and the guests who stay there. The place was brand new, and quite clean. I checked in and after the 1st night I was sold. It was a great value AND a great place to stay. It provides me with the basics that I need when I am on the road without paying an arm and a leg for things I never end up using. I'll stay again.

I'm not sure how to explain this, but I'm going to try. My family and I had been traveling for about 14 days, staying in different hotels. My husband saw one of your properties from the highway and decided to make reservations. Needless to say we had never visited your type of facility before. There was a young lady at your Westchase location that made an unbearable situation bearable. I'm not sure what her current position is within your organization, but in my opinion she should be a manager. In this role she could potntially transfer her professionalism and customer focused attitude to other employees within your network. Her name is Mitzi Alexander. Not only was it the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in, the staff went the extra step to ensure we where taken care of! When we arrived to Denton, we checked out several of the hotels along 35E and 35N. Every hotel we went in we were snubbed by the staff and they had extremely dirty rooms (the two that took us on tour ONLY after begging to see their rooms). We ended up seeing the Value Place thinking it would be another run down low budget super 8 or something... Guess again!! From the minute we walked in we were greeted by the manager who then took us on a tour of the property, he even went as far to tell us the history behind the franchise. We knew the minute we went in the first room we would be staying there!!! Highlly recommend the Value Place for anyone coming to Denton!! A+++

Thanks for the Comfort

I am writing to express my sincere thanks to Value Place and the incredible staff at your Pharr, TX, property. My husband, 15 month old baby and I have been staying at your hotel for about three months while we are waiting to move into our new home. We are new to the Rio Grande Valley and are here because my husband’s employer relocated us. Both my husband and I are professionals and work for a major pharmaceutical company and a major advertising firm, respectively. We are very picky about where we stay, and, from top to bottom, Value Place is incredible! We’ve been in transition for quite some time now awaiting our new home’s completion. Prior to staying at Value Place, we were at a luxury, all-suites hotel. We thought we’d only be there for a month or so; however, those plans changed dramatically; thereby extending our completion date indefinitely. This news made us realize that we would be “homeless” for a much longer time than we had expected and had budgeted for. Luxury living was no longer an option for us, costing over $3,500 per month. We didn’t have a kitchen, so we were eating out for nearly every meal. We clearly needed to find an alternative situation. We considered renting a condo or apartment, but we didn’t want to lock into a lease or have to worry about setting up utility service, phone, cable, Internet, etc. Luckily for us, we found Value Place. We had noticed the Value Place digital sign and price from the main highway, but figured it would be a scary place. We were completely wrong! Right when we walked in the door, we knew Value Place was different. The property was sparkling clean, and the friendly staff went out of their way to make us feel welcomed. I was so pleased to see that the rooms had little kitchens (no more eating out!). It’s the first time in a long time that we’ve had the feeling of being at home (away from home). The hotel is immaculately clean and quiet, the rooms are homey and the staff is accommodating. We feel very safe being here with our baby because the property is secure. You need a key to get into the building, on the elevator, into the laundry room — everywhere. I often run errands or do laundry late in the evening, and I never feel scared. Unlike other hotels, you just don’t see people in the hallways that aren’t supposed to be there. Plus, Rosy, Orlando, Maggie and the other great staff really make an effort to get to know everyone. I’ve met a lot of other guests in the nice laundry area, and have found that many of the people staying here are just like us — families in transition and traveling professionals. We cannot say enough good things about Value Place. You’ve saved us a lot of money, and your new hotel concept has been perfect for our situation. We will definitely recommend you to all of our friends, family and professional contacts. You guys have a wonderful product and are a life-saver for people like us. We were skeptical about staying at ValuePlace for the first time. At $199 per week, we thought sure there would be a catch--or that it would be a dump. Neither! The room (and the entire property) were very clean--like new. A room with a full refrigerator, microwave and two burner stove for that price is unheard of. We used to pay that for one night at other hotels who do nothing more than make our bed. We'll be at ValuePlace for now on.

I am writing to express appreciation and gratitude for Tracy Massaline, Property manager at the Walter Reed Road, Fayetteville, NC location. I am a Social Worker who had a patient who resided in that facility for over two months with terminal lung and brain cancer. The patient did not have a supportive family unit to assist her with accommodations, and was therefore forced to live in an extended-stay facility. Ms. Massaline was exceptionally helpful in regards to assisting me in providing the best care possible for my patient. As a Social Worker in the health care field, I understand the importance of confidentiality and privacy. Without breaking any privacy or confidentiality policies, Ms. Massaline offered assistance to our staff who was attempting to provide the best possible care for our patient. Ms. Massaline exhibited exceptional public relation skills as well as a heartfelt compassion for her customer. While I have personally expressed my deepest gratitude to Ms. Massaline for her services, I felt the need to pass these comments on to the Corporate Offices as well. You have trained your employees to handle difficult situations and difficult clients - and they have been trained well. After working with your Fayetteville location, I would highly recommend your facility to anyone. While it is my prayer that none of my patients have the need to stay in one of your locations, it would be a delight to work with Tracy Massaline again.

I was in the apartments beside the Value place. My lease ran out in March and I did not want to renew another 6 months because I was getting married in 6 weeks. I decided to stay at the Value place for those 6 weeks. I thought that it would not work with my 22 month old little boy who is very loud. I spoke with the manager, Leah, and she took very very good care of my son and myself while there. I would recommend the Murfreesboro Value Place to Anyone!! And I will. I want to compliment Mr. Cross and the entire staff for their great hospitality. I have spent time at various hotels and have NEVER met any staff as hospitable. Mr. Cross helped me get my paperwork to move into my new home faxed back and forth. I had a lot of work to do and Mr Cross and the staff was so helpful. On the day i was supposed to be leaving to visit my sister in Florida plan were changed so i decided to go to South Padre Island instead. Since I had not been plannign to be paying for a place to stay i had very little cash to spend. While digging around on the internet trying to find a place i could afford i came accross Value Place and knew i had found somewhere i could not only afford but would also be comfortable and safe for the nights i stayed in. i felt safe the whole time staying there and the place was so clean i laid on the floor do some sewing and craft work without a second thought. the kitchen was fabulous and spacey enough to cook 3 course meals without a problem. (which i did every night!!) it saved me lots of money to be able to go to the store and cook my dinners instead of eating out every night. i'm very excited about the openings of some of the other locations and will be making some fun road trips in the future knowing that i had an affordable place to stay when i reach my destination! thanks to everyone being so helpful and nice and really making my potentially junky vacation wonderful.

My daughter had a premature birth, and we came from Sarasota to spend time with her. She told me about a Value Place that had just opened and we made a reservation. With being new to the town and not really knowing many people there it was a stressful time for me, however, due to the folks on staff at Value Place it made my stay much more pleasant and relaxed then it could have been and it was greatly appreciated. We stayed at the Rochester,MN location in June 2009. We had taken our daughter to Mayo clinic for treatment and surgery. Your entire staff made our stay enjoyable and less stressful than it could have been. The beds were comfortable and room extremely clean. Helpful and Accommodating

My husband and I had the privilege of staying at the Value Place on I-35 and Scott Street in Del City, Oklahoma from Sept. 14 through October 28th. It wasn't the plan we had. We had sold our family home of 22 years and were waiting to close on our new home. This was to only be a two week stay but turned out to be much longer. We just wanted to let you know that while we experienced great difficulty in closing, we never had a worry or concern about our stay at Value Place. Your employees were extremely helpful and accommodating for us during this time. The facilities were clean and well-maintained and any request from management was immediately dealt with in a courteous manner. As people who have stayed in motels a great deal because of our jobs, your staff there is probably one of the best in professionalism. We highly recommend your establishment to our family, friends and co-workers as an excellent solution to temporary housing. The prices were excellent and the staff and facilities were top notch. The management and staff at this Inn are to be commended on their work and their outstanding kindness and consideration shown to their guests. I have been here since mid April and I am so very impressed with everything, from how clean the hotel is maintained, inside and out. The management (Andrew Boehm) and front office staff go above and beyond what a guest would ordinarily expect! I have a physical disability which sometimes makes it difficult to walk and on more than one occasion the staff has helped me bring bags through the doors, which was a tremendous help for me! We had planned many months ago a visit to our son and his family to see their new dream home. However, due to assorted problems, the house was not quite done and their large family was living in a small apartment temporarily.
