Based on property size, each Value Place operates with as few as 4.0-4.5 full-time equivalent employees, keeping operating expenses low.

FRANCHISE LICENSE & ONGOING FEES
License Fee: The Greater of $49,600 or $400 per Room Developed.
Royalty: 5% of Room Revenues
Marketing Fund Fee: Up to 2.5% of Room Revenues, Currently 0%
